Quit Cigarette. Review on How to Quit Smoking - Tips and Tricks

The First Question that came to my mind when I thought of quitting this habit was .

Why Should I quit Smoking? After all it is the only Bad Habit I have!

The Reasons may be one of the following.

~ Your Girl friend Hates it.(Change Your Girl friend yar .)

~ Costs you 10 - 50 bucks daily.(. Oops Never Thought OF it)

~ Your Parents don't like it.(Chupke maro and use mouth freshners)

~ Concerned of Your Health.(So what. Every ones going to die some day or other)

But Once you have decided to Quit Who am I to stop You

The methods adopted by me were

# Quit Buying and opted that will only smoke puffs from friends(All friend seem to run away on sight)

Pros:

Really your CA(Cigarette Allowance is saved)

Seem to smoke less cigarettes

Cons:

No of Friends reduced.

# Decided to Put Rs.5/- every time I smoke(That made my cigarette cost me Rs.8/-)

Pros:

Quite an effective method at least to reduce the number of cigarettes a day.

Cons:

A Costly affair.

# Decided to smoke only during occations(Only when I get drunk or so)

# At Last I found that the only effective was was determination

ie., Total refusal(Not even smoke a puff)

Now I just cant smoke a full cigarette and even the liking of cigarette has gone

And now after the recent rule that prohibits public smoking your smoke could cost you Rs.200 more per smoke if fined. That should be a very good reason to quit.
