Cauliflower and palak are the vegetables grows in winter season and available in winter.
But now this vegetables are also available in all seasons. For making pala cauluflower you need a fresh vegetables. Cauliflower palak is a gravy recepie easy to cook and delicious.
INGREDIENTS REQUIRED:
1.Cauliflower cutted in small pieces and boiled 8n a water bu adding turmeric.
2.3 tomatoes.
3.2 tablespoon oil.
4.3 dried red chillis.
5.Chopped garlic and ginger one tablespoon each.
- 1/4tablespoon turmeric.
7.1/2 tablespoon garam masala.
8.Red chilli paste.
- Salt to taste.
10.1 tablespoon coriander seeds.
11.palak paste.
METHOD FOR COOKING:
1.Make the tomato puree by grinding them.
2.Heat the oil in pan. Break red chilli and add in a pan add coriander seeds and saute them.
3.Add garlic and ginger and saute for a half minute.
4.Add tomato puree mix and cook for ten minute.
5.Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and red chilli paste and saute for a minute.
- Add cauliflower and salt and saute for 3 to 4 minute.
7.Now add palak puree and saute for few minutes. and serve it in a bowl and eat with chappati.
