Today I'll be sharing my experience and review on the best online real estate portal in India, housing.com
Now I have been in a search for 1bhk for a long time and have used multiple sites like 99acres and makaan.com and also offline agents. But when my friends recommended me housing.com I tried it the other day.
Housing.com was very appealing visually and looked beautiful with good animations but I care more about results. The site was easy to use and fill in the necessary details for your requirement like city, area, residential or commercial, 1bhk 2bhk, etc and other amenities you want.
Filling in the details will give you a map of the area with all the listings qualifying your requirements. The data on the particular listings is also very good with 10 images covering every corner of the house.
In comparison to other sites it has less listings but the data on it is best and they say its verified. So they have actually visited the places like zomato. That is impressive. They offer other service like agreements, etc.
I would recommend housing.com and rate it 5.
