Hello Housejoy,


You just burnt my microwave. It was working very fine. Only the grill was not working. I called your technician to repair that. He asked me to change the motherboard which would cost me 2.5 K. I refused. So, he did not assemble my microwave properly and next time when I tried to open the door, it just burst! I was so horrified. My whole house lost power due to that. Order id:12113817.


Thanks to my busy schedule and frequent travel, I could not get time to take it up with HouseJoy. Now, I am not gonna leave it!
