Its a pathetic company. I booked a car wash for 22nd and they did not come without any notification. Upon calling them they just made a false excuse that my number was switched off. but the truth is I tried calling them multiple times and even talked to their customer care as well during the scheduled time.
after that their customer care apologised and rescheduled the service for 24th but again no one came up. On talking to customer care, it was shocking that they did not have any clue that why it happened. They rescheduled it to 25th and again no one came on that day.
Again calling on multiple times, the customer care guy assured that someone will definitely come on 27th for serivce. but surprisingly no one came that day as well.
The bad thing is they does not notify you that no one is coming. You have to wait whole day to understand that no one will come.
I was using public transport on all these days to go to office in a hope that they will come for service and my car should be at home. But horribly no one came and finally I had to cancel my order.
