I made a service request for AC Repair and my job id is 16897478, for surprise the person came and he did it well and its running smoothly but in few days its back to old age, only hot air is coming out of the AC no cooling at all, when made complain to Housejoy customer care, they send a perfect technician and he simply visited as Guest and went away stating that he can not repair.
On my humble request they send the smart person. More surprisingly on this is that Customer Care Executive Mr. Kevin is teaching us, how we should behave after getting fool and how we should be professional. He dont even think what PROFESSIONAL Service we got from Housejoy and what pain we are getting. Mr. Kevin please do one thing seat in Sunlight from 10 AM to 5 PM and then ask us, who are professional and we will see ur language. We paid the money and become fool.
I dont think so that they are going to refund or repair my AC at all and I am having full faith on them for this. I simply wasted money on it.
