I had got my LG fridge repaired from these guys on 22th Sept, 2017. They charged 2500/- for gas/parts, etc. The very next day it was back to earlier condition. Then again they sent the same guy, who again filled the gas without inspecting the problem of leakage of the gas. After 15 days the fridge stopped working again. On contacting the mechanic who had repaired, we were told that he will get it done soon. But even till 19th Oct, no body turned up despite regular follow up.


Eventually I filed another complaint on 20th Oct, and they promised free rework, as it was within 30 day warranty. But despite repeated mails/requests, no communication received/no person visited for repair till 25th Oct.


Eventually I am going to buy a new fridge.


So guys, their service is managed by local mechanics only, and when they fail to get someone, they simply ignore you. Better to go for the authorised Brand service or your local mechanic for auto/appliances. Don't rely on housejoy.
