We had booked chairs and center table on October 2011 during Diwali season and had paid an advance as booking amount.

We went back after some time when our new house was completed and made the full balance payment. They promised delivery within one week. On the day before delivery they called us saying the material is out of stock and that we should wait. After Two months they have still not delivered our material.

I have made numerous phone calls to the customer care and also the outlet at Worli Mumbai. However no one is bothered to do anything. They don't provide with their managers numbers and don't let you meet them or speak to them. Several times I have asked for the refund of my money paid to them. Shockingly they have refused to refund my money. They say it is their policy not to refund the money.

This is nothing short of cheating. If they cant give the material ordered they have to give a refund. If they take the money and don't give the material it amounts to cheating and nothing else. When they booked they should have kept our ordered the items for us. When they took the money and promised delivery again at that time stock should have been checked. If there was a mistake by them and for the reason that the material is out of stock they can't deliver they have to refund the money paid.

However they have simply refused to pay back and have not give us any delivery promise also. Shamelessly they say when the items are available that time they will give. No one knows how long this will be. Disgusting, shocking and simply fraud.

So beware don't get cheated like we have been just don't buy anything form them. Who knows they will give the material or not. If they give will it be the correct one or not and the quality will be right or not. Moreover for a company with such malafide intentions the warranty sound like a joke and is only to fool customers and nothing else.
