In short: In case you have also seen the ad in newspaper, and finds the price are lucrative, just stay away. As the tension they give post sales, really cost you more than you save.

I did an order on August 12, (#4107 for a dining table and a rack)  Now the piece were of my linking and rates were good; so I bought them online.(I did not read review before ordering, my mistake).


On 30th(promised date), the order was delivered, the guy gave some number, on which I was suppose to call and ask for assembling. I did and what follows after that was a lesson for me in "not to buy; without checking reviews EVER".


So I called on the number, some guy picked the phone and assured me that someone will come in 2 days. On second day I got a call, and the person told me that he'll come on 3rd day. I said ok fine.


3rd day, no visit, when I called; the guy told me that he is sick, and I should contact his manager.


I did on which he assured me for a call back by evening.


In evening when I called, he said; Sir I am from Delivery; assembly is not my department.(Wow sudden transfer, eh). It frustrated me; but I kept my calm.


I called the Bannerughatta road showroom, the manager assured me on callback; which never came yet. Now I decided to do a complaint, and dialed there Mumbai customer care number, (I was angry of course). No one picked the phone for hours, (Did I say I was angry? like they care)


After trying same thing for few days,  I than posted on their facebook page, and they responded promptly that, I should contact Mr. Ashwin Kate on their CC number.(which no one picks)


Next few days I tried with no success; when one day, only god knows how, my phone was answered.(Hurrah). I ask for this Ashwin, but no one gave phone to him, all they did was to assure me that my assembly will be done. It was more than a week past delivery and almost a month since I ordered.


I kept pinging them on FB, and when finally I shouted on them; they simply blocked my from posting on their FB page. When I asked them why using my wife's account; they blocked her as well.(I could continue with this but dropped the idea as it was not worth it)


I waited for one more week(more than a month since I ordered), and decided to assemble every thing on my own, took me some time, but I did both the things as fortunately the material was complete.


Their post sales service is plain pathetic. In case your FB group is big I suggest to question their FB daily(if banned than from a new id).
