I placed a prepaid order with housefull online, still after a week I only get a message that the order has been packed and is ready to be shipped. Another 4 days pass and nothing, their customer care number is either not reachable or no one replies. Finally I put an email to their customer service askingg to cancel and refund. After a day, I get the reply sayig that they have charged me a cancellation fee for this.
First they dont update you on the order and when you are frustrated with their LATE SERVICE they keep your money!
Fraud and pathetic service.
