My first experience with Housefull was OK several years back. I got what I ordered on the promised date. However I had a very bad experience this time.
I ordered a recliner and 2 sofa sets(order no 1060/2016/53) on 26 Jan 2016.
Promised date of delivery is 12 Feb 2016.
Recliner was delivered after a few days well before the promised date.
Till today sofa sets were never delivered. When I called the local office in Chennai or head office in Mumbai, the reply I get was that "we will call you back". But they never call back. There is no regret from their side too. I even sent a mail and again no response. I asked for refund of the non delivered product. No response.
I have given list of SMSs informing me the order was rescheduled and the word "regret' is found only in these SMSes. Date Rescheduled to

2) 30 - 1 - 16 20 - 2 - 16
3) 20 - 2 - 16 31 - 1 - 16
4) 20 - 2 - 16 24 - 2 - 16

6) 24 - 2 - 16 03 - 3 - 16
7) 03 - 3 - 16 08 - 3 - 16
8) 03 - 3 - 16 31 - 1 - 16.
There is no professionalism. Disconnect between Chennai office and Head office.
