I bought 4 articles in 2011 worth of 85K then. Everytime I shift my house, only their assembly technician can dismantle or assemble it. Regular furniture or carpentar guys cant handle this furniture assembly. This stupid furniture has got so many complicated joints that we need to have their service technician only for the job.
Now, shifting my house to Boisar, and housefull guys say that they do not have service till Boisar, and only till Mumbai. Though I am ready to pay them(already paid them twice in Bharuch houses shifting)they refuse to send the service technicians.
I do not know what to do with the furniture now, since local carpenters raise their hands that they cant dismantle it or assemble it. I am badly stuck. At the time of buying, I did not know that assembly/dismantling will be such a pain in the hole. Otherwise I would not have bought it for sure.
VERY POOR PART IS THAT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY DO NOT EVEN KNOW HOW TO TALK TO THEIR CUSTOMERS WHO ARE IN TROUBLE. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE LADY DOES NOT UNDERSTAND THE CRITICALITY / TECHNICALITY OF THE CUSTOMER AND REPEATS STEREOTYPE SENTENCES. HER SENIORS DO NOT HAVE BALLS TO TALK TO THE CUSTOMERS TO UNDERSTAND THE ISSUE.
FOR SURE THIS COMPANY IS GOING TO DIE, IF THEY HAVE SUCH POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
IT IS OR FAULT TO BUY SUCH COMPLICATED/MONOPOLY ITEMS THAT ONLY HOUSEFULL CAN ASSEMBLE OR DISMANTLE. THAT TOO WITH THEIR VERY VERY LIMITED THE ASSEMBLY SERVICE NETWORK.
FRIENDS! DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE GUYS. WILL SUFFER LATER.
