Friends, I am also one of the many customers who has being ill-treated by Housefull Furniture. Firstly, I did not get my product delivered on the date mentioned in the copy given to me. Secondly, it is 10 days since the product has arrived, but no one has bothered to come and assemble it.
In spite of me calling the customer care innumerable times, they do not just seem to bother. There is a standard answer, "Sorry for the inconvenience". I think so the senior management at Housefull is not a capable one. If there is no care for the customers, then we will go elsewhere. Cheats and idiots of the highest order. They have promised that the carpenter will come tomorrow at 11 AM.
