I ordered 4 pieces of furniture from Housefull on Oct 18(order 1022/2015/1509).I was supposed to receive 3 items on 4th and the sofa on 10th Nov. All deliveries were delayed and I had to call them several times before any carpenter showed up. Sofa was delievered after many false promises on Nov 29!
Trundle bed had a small damage. I reported it and customer service called after a few days but no one came for inspection as promised.
Both the sofa pieces were damaged because of poor packing. The carpenter who came for installation on Dec 1 reported the damage and I made a report as well to customer service.
Today is 9th and so far no one has come for inspection. Everytime I call customer service I am told that they will talk to warehouse and get back and that never happens! I am not sure when repair or replace will happen.
I have advised all my friends and family to stay away from this company.
