I purchased 4 Door wardrobe from housefull, kadubeesanahalli, Bangalore on 31/08/2012.

Received the wardrobe in damaged comdition on 19/09/2012, so the assembly is on hold, waiting for parts replacement.After repeated phone calls to customer care and store numbers and 4 visits to the store, still I am not getting any proper answer.
On call they ask for some time to check the order status and never call back, in store every time they promise 2/3 days.
I am still waiting for response from them. No one receives call at customer care numbers and we made complaint regarding same at store and we got the reply "Yes we are getting complaints regarding same". Very poor service, I will never buy anything from housefull for sure.
