WHAT I LIKE
I can select he colour of my letter and the text. I can choose the colour of my type. I can pick what way my type will look. I can underline the most important sections. I can write very large, tiny or in a hand writing style.
I can select emotions that I am feeling. There are 8 Faces, a heart and a broken heart, one rose, a few drinks and a gift, bat etc.
I have had a few viruses sent to me. After I have cleaned my computer I can come to my HOT MAIL Site and all my address have been kept safe. I email all of my Family and Friends and ask them to return my message to my main email.
I can keep my Favourites and Pictures safe as well.If I have time I can email all my Documents to my HOTMAIL address and they are all there when I return.
I can block the Spam</>mail and it never comes back like it does on other email boxes. In the other email boxes it is blocked from my seeing it but it still comes through and is in my trash. Many of the sites you try and block out get angry and send you a virus. Which is not healthy for you or your Computer! The e-mail trash can is empty at least twice a week.
I ONLY WANTED HOT MAIL FOR THE MSN MESSENGER
I have a Camera and so do my Children so I can talk to them face to face whenever we want to.
If you have the latest Messenger the emotions are already prepared in the same way as they are on HOT MAIL.
- Please note that in some Countries like Israel MSN Messenger does not work well.
WHAT I DON’T LIKE
The Help Desk
The People who work at their service site are getting paid for doing nothing! When my computer crashed, (twice), I was back on line in five days. The first thing I did was try to open my Hot Mail Account. When I signed both my name and my password were rejected.
I e-mailed their Help Desk and every day for three weeks a different Person said they were looking after me now and asked me to fill out the same forms. Grrrrrrrr! I now have had 3 Hot Mail Accounts.
Taking Control Of My Computer
Microsoft would love it if I only used Hot Mail. Every so often I can’t sign into the Web Account that I use. Why? I have to go through Hot Mail to retrieve it. I don’t know how they do it but it happens.
The Pop-Ups
When these annoying Pop-Ups appear I have started looking at where they come from. At least 1/4 are from Microsoft. How did these people get both my e-mail accounts names if I
have never been to their Site?
DO I USE HOT MAIL
I only use Hot Mail when someone sends me an email and I am answering it. I also love the MSN.
