I went to this hotel last week with my family and friends. We ordered the special foods that we want to but the waiter was too busy in doing the rest things.
Then as usual our order got placed but it took around 45 minutes to get our meal that we ordered and this is the only thing I really found bad in this hotel.
Regarding the flavour, ice cream was not that good because of so much ice embedded in it. So from my side this hotel is not good at point regarding customer service.
