We had been to Shirdi, two families and booked one room each in the above said hotel. The booking was done from IBIBO services. Even after specifically mentioning that there were two kids, one in each room, the rooms and the bedding supplied was insufficient.
In fact the bedding was not even sufficient for two people.
However We were told that there would be additional charges for extra bedding that was going at a massive additional charge.
However we fought for it with them and got settled.
The food provided was not of that good quality. The sight seeing to hotel seemed to be commissioned with local shops who sort of made travelling money from the pooja thali.
Overall, it was not a good experience staying in a Hotel naming Grand in it and nothing sort of it was visible.
