This hotel is located in JP Nagar 3rd phase, very close to the ragiguda temple. that's why it is also known as SLV, ragiguda. this is an ideal place for a quick coffee / tea & other snacks in their self service section where one needs to stand & eat.
but the shockers come when u go into their restaurant which is on the first floor. it is badliy lit, badly ventilated. in the hot weather you would feel suffocated inside. the service is pathetic. the waiters are rude & impolite. a lot of times they take down the wrong order or not at all and when you enquire about your food,
They inform you that you didnt order for that item at all! when they do get the food, its plonked on the table. if you ask for anything extra, you can actually hear the waiter grumble & reluctantly go to fetch what you have asked for. you end up feeling as if you are eating here for free - the staff ensures that. the waiters behave like they own the place & are doing a big "meherbani" by serving you.
i go there practically everyday for 4 reasons - one because its economical, second its close to my office & third the food is not bad, its really edible and finally because of lack of other similar options closeby to work.
i feel this place thrives because of the value for money factor & is a typical darshini kinda place. therefore I would recommend the self service section on the ground floor - its cheaper, faster & the staff is surprisingly friendlier than the ones in the restaurant.
