I had booked this hotel for my family last week on our visit to park street kolkata for some work.the hotel location was good.
We checked in around 5pm.we had booked two rooms.we were shocked to see the condition of the rooms.the walls were damp.the room looked so unclean.we had made the booking online otherwise we would have never stayed in such a filthy hotel.the bed sheets were stained and in the bathroom there were cockroaches.we immediately checked out the next day early morning.i will never recommend it to anyone
