Last year we went Agra and we all friends decided to stay in hotel for 2 days. We booked this hotel online and we were happy after looking all the pictures of Hotel in website. But when we went there, it was shocking. Most disappointing hotel I have ever seen in my entire life.
When we entered and went to the reception, I didn't see any welcoming faces. Their looks and behavior was not appropriate and up to the mark. We took our room key and when we went to our room, the passage was not cleaned and walls paints also damaged.
Room was horrible. Bed sheet was not clean and not tidy. Dirty and smelly pillows, Cobwebs in corner, Glasses was not washed, towels were very old and TV not working. I was shocked and when we enter to check bathroom, it was stinking and really really bad. Room floor was not clean and if I didn't say anything about balcony, it's better. The room at the front are not quite at all which makes it difficult to sleep.
From the railway station we were picked up for free which was nice service but the driver in the car tried to misguide us and take us to places where he would get a commission. At first he was extremely nice and friendly but he became more and more unfriendly when he noticed that we were not going anywhere with him.
The good thing is that Tajmahal is really near from this hotel, just 20m. Otherwise I did not received any good or positive things of this hotel. View also no good from this hotel. Food Service and food quality is ok but overpriced.
Staffs were ok but they were not friendly and professional.
