The best part about this hotel is its location. It is absolutely in the heart of the city. However there is severe inconsistency in the ways rooms are maintained, the bathrooms are shabby in most cases and extremely poor in terms of overall cleanliness of rooms. The pillows are thin and the bed sheets, pillow covers are not just off white but not at all washed properly.
I have even found waste paper basket not cleaned in a room that was checked out by a visitor. Cockroaches are to be found in plenty across rooms and I have encountered the horrible nuisance caused by rat during one of my stays. This review should be taken seriously since I have been to this hotel for around five occasions.
