I stayed at this hotel for 2 days with my family members. I had booked two rooms. Now I repent it. The good thing about this hotel are the cost factor and its location. The rooms were Big enough but were not maintained. No one changed the Bed sheets, Towels or even bother to clean the room during the 02 consequtive days when we were outside. The spilled tea stains were very much the same for the two days. It was pretty evident that no house keeping was done throughout our stay at both the rooms, Inspite or reminding them. The good thing is though if you call the waiter and ask him to clean he will clean it immediately.
All the taps ( Yes all in both the rooms ) were dripping and are very old. The Toilet Flush knobs are very very hard to operate and after 5 to 10 tries you are successful in operating the flush but with a soar palm.
The hot water facility is available in the morning only. But if you require in the evening for bathing they will bring it to your room at no extra cost.
The breakfast is Ok but you will soon get tired eating the same thing for 2 to three days. They serve 4 items + tea/cofee. But the plates are not clean. And it will cost you 50 Rs per person, if you just get down and walk for 2 minutes you can get the same items much delicious and better Hygiene.
Keep in mind one point here The check out time is not 12:00 to 12:00 But 24 hours after you check in & they do not bother to remind you about checking out as they consider it impolite in Hyderabadi culture to ask you about check out. ( This is the answer I got ) so when you try to check out say at 10:00 hrs and if you have checked in the earlier day at say 08:00 hrs you will have to pay one day extra charges for staying 2 hours more because of your ignorance. I have paid it. No point trying to convincing them as the fellow at the reception was in full mood to argue with us and in no mood to listen.
Believe me friends , I am not a very cleanliness freak fellow but still believe that a minimum standard of cleanliness should be maintained which I found missing here. It was my first experience at staying at a 2 star hotel.
I would certainly pay 30% more and stay in a minimum 3 star hotel rather then getting this type of experience. I sincerely wish all 2 star hotels are not like this.
