Stayed in Haveli Inn, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad for four days(Booked Thro' OYO) Our experience was below average.
We took two rooms, one of them was good, other one was not clean/ a persistent bad smell was coming. When we asked them to change it, they only applied room spray which worked for few minutes, Only after literally shouting at them, we got a new/ better room(after two days).
Room key(card)s were working for few hours and then they stopped working(for both rooms). You have to go down and get the'reset'. Staff don't even give a reason/ ask for apology for causing this discomfort to us.
Food was good, but there was absolute lack of variety. Same kind of food every day.
Price was good, but no bill was provided even after checking repeatedly. I didn't mind much because I paid everything in Credit Card and no mishandling can happen. But this is the first time I stayed in a hotel which didn't even give me a receipt while checking out.
Internet was horrible to say the least. Slowest I have ever seen:) I had to switch to 3G in my phone.
Place is good, it is near most of the tourist destinations. That is the ONLY good thing about this hotel. I strongly recommend you NOT to consider this badly maintained, average hotel.
