Green Gates - not as green and clean. Review on Hotel Green Gates, Wayanad

1. Advertizing on their home page is misleading.

   
   




2. Games room and gym are actually the same and in fact a laundry room where lots of wires are hanging and bedsheets of the entire hotel hung to dry - making it impossible to feel ok in the room.

   
   




3. Equipments are terrible in the gym cum games room.

   
   




4. Rooms have wet bedheets or damp mattresses that are almost never dried and therefore stink.

   
   

Since there are no non-smoking rooms specifically the stink remains in the mattresses.

1. Over all hygiene is not as good as it can be.

   
   




2. One of the sitting places(dining area) where you climb up to - is very close to the boundary wall that is not high enough and if someone(kids specially) - god forbid- slips from there may fall into a deep area as this hotel is on an elevated area.

   
   




3. Toilets stink as sewage is not proper

   
   

It is suggested that the hotel in the interest of public health and safety make some major improvements.

Food, travel desk, staff was ok.

Not the value for money.
