I have been to this hotel during my professional tour. I should say that the management of this hotel is counting penny and has no respect for customers. They call them luxury hotel and charge close to 5000 rs.
Read where they try to save their money.
They activate satellite TV connection on request basis. that to they don't recharge on the day of checkout. I requested them 4-5 times to activate TV connection on day of my checking out since I had to stay in the room till 11 am. But they didn't. I asked, how much money do they save on satellite TV, and the front desk guy answer me that they save 36 Rs. on four TV connections. So my request was denied to save 12 rs. even though I had paid 20, 000 rs, for four days stay.
A signboard in washroom advocate to use same towel for over and over again, so that the hotel can save money on washing powder and water. How awful?
They give just one water bottle a day. Generally, this category of hotels give two water bottles . So, when u ask for extra bottle, u will be charged for 100 rs.
The restaurant is so expensive. 600 rs. for an average quality buffet dinner. No wonder they are taking advantage of no other good restaurant in vicinity.
No free wifi. 450 rs. extra for using wifi.
Avoid this hotel to save your pride and respect. There are good hotels nearby, like Vishal, which also gives free wifi, airport pickup & drop and better service at less price.
