My friends and I, stayed at Anand Palace during our short visit to Darjeeling last year. This hotel is located in the heart of the town and just 5mins walk from the famous mall road, which is a big plus point. The rooms that we got, had a very good view of the mountains.
The rooms were very good and being off season we managed to get it at a good price. The food too was great and the staffs were very friendly and hospitable. The only drawback was parking problem, but later we found out that darjeeling being a small town had parking problems everywhere. Would definitely recommend this place for those visiting Darjeeling.
