Had stayed on 7th floor of the hotel.
The hotel was nice but had an issue with the behavior of the staff at night. On first floor they have Banquet and till 11:15 pm the music was loud and I called 3 times with a gap of 15 minutes to slow the music as we had to start early the next morning but till 12 am the music went on and when I called the reception guy gave the phone to someone probably from the marriage party and he asked me from where I am calling in a threatening tone.
To avoid any further argument I went directly to reception but did not get a satisfactory answer and also the music did not stop. AC was not working for 2 and half days and as the weather was hot we requested to get it started and had a hard time with them to get it working. We had stayed at Clarks Amer and did not had this kind of issue. The hotel might be good but they need to take care of the inconvenience caused to the guest as they are also paying money to stay and just not behaving as a banquet hotel.
