After going on for a search through reviews posted chosen this hotel for a pathetic stay. The guy in front desk is so rude that he doesn't even know how to have conversation with a Cx. Teach out some basic soft skills to the receptionists. This guy will bring down your business. No Cx centricity nothing. It's a crap and shitty thing to see a front desk guy throws a rude behavior towards you and still you stay as you have booked in advance. The toiletries is for a single person though I have booked for a double occupancy. Room is small loaded with lots of furniture. No shelves in wardrobe. No soundproofing. One can clearly hear the footsteps of room service walking in corridor.
Never ever gonna book a stay and truly never gonna recommend this place to my circle.
