Visited Ernakulam during Dec 30-31 2016 and selected a wrong hotel for the stay.
Why wrong:
Rooms are small and non ventilated
Photos are not having any relation with the room condition
Bathroom was not so clean
Mosquito are another trouble for the night and as a prevention only coil is available
Food menu is too costly
Guest service is 1/5 as I had to wait 20 min approx for the room availability even I reached 1 hr after my given check in time.
Ambience and Decor: no comments.
Value for money: NO
Please avoid staying here is there is any other alternatives are available
I would like to give below 1 star if possible
