I have visited Hotel Akash but I am not satisfied with the service of this hotel. This hotel is really not good. I have booked a room online in this hotel and when I went there they told me to wait some time because rooms were not available at that time. I was very angry and disappointed because I had to wait for one and half hour more. It shows that they are very careless and they don't care their customers. I have also observed that they don't provide a seperate guestroom for their guest customers. Their guest room was looking like a loby and even they don't provide proper sofas for sitting.
ROOM QUALITY
Room quality of this hotel is also not good. As I told you how they are careless about their guest room, similarly they are about rooms. Rooms doesn't have proper space. The beds they provide are small in size. You can not walk in the floor without shoe or slippers because floors are dirty in this hotel. They are not providing any towel or soap. Ceiling fan was not working properly, it was very slow and AC was also in repairing condition.
FOOD QUALITY
They have a north indian restaurant. But I really didn't like the quality of food of this hotel because food was unhygienic. They do not provide purified water. They do not wash their dishes properly. Food was oily and test less.
VALUE FOR MONEY
Value for money of this hotel is also not good. As compare to their services they charged too much. We have to pay too much for a single room. They have to reduce their charge or they have to increase their services quality.
CONCLUSION
Overall if I say this hotel is not good. You can not stay here comfortably. You will have to face a lot of problems like food, and room. You can have a better option than it.
