I had booked online through their website for a stay during my official visit on 11th September'13 and also made an online payment. Received their confirmation voucher. To my shock, when I went to check in on 11th morning at Ahmedabad, the hotel declined to give me room stating that I have been wrongly booked by their online partners.
The front office guy picked up the phone and started shouting at their partner eZeeCloud, instead of helping me. After a tiring early morning flight from Bangalore, I watched helplessly after which I lost my cool because not only they declined to give me a room citing non- availability but also refused to refund my money. It was only after persistent argument that finally they gave the refund- but made no attempt to give me a room. Worst still, the front office guy who looked like an idiot was very arrogant & foolish.
I have never come across a hotel which takes a booking, accepts payment in advance, sends a confirmation through e mail & then declines to check in a guest. This is definitely another big wonder of the world.
I had to run to another hotel in search of an accommodation. What if my family was with me?
My strong advise- please strictly stay away from this filthy place. Contrary to a few other reviews particularly on TripAdvisor, even the hotel looked untidy & is in a corner lacking all aesthetic appeal of any kind.
There are hundreds of better options in Ahmedabad rather than getting fooled by these cheaters. Don't get mislead by their false claims and promises.
PS- I had put my review on TripAdvisor. After a day, the hotel management somehow made them delete my review. I re posted it. Again it was deleted. This clearly shows that goons run the hotel & they want to hide the truth
