You pay peanuts and get monkeys! These guys in India have proved it. Absolute raw technical support team will close your Complaint Tickets even without reading your issues.
Repeated attempts to get any replies from then on email services or hosting issues resolved will only be met with multiple replies with'copy& paste' standard solutions. Support guys can't even read, write simple English let alone speak!
Do not waste your time and money on Hostgator . Their mail servers will choke your gateway with spam mails and refuse you to send or receiving any mails at critical times and claim that the mails are sent by you though you are never did any such things. The ignorant unqualified has no clue why and how this spam mails goes out from your mail box! Before you get caught with any legal issues due to such mails better look for alternatives, as these guys suck!
