HAIL is a good company if you are looking for good job security but worst otherwise. There's no professionalism at all. The work culture is good but again depends on your managers.
Join this company as if you have planned not to switch any further.
I had a great time with Honeywell automation india limited.
I would say, it's one of the most ethical companies across the globe.
you can think of H A I L as your retirement company:) .
