I bought this vehicle two months back, covered 1300km. I have more compaints than praise.

I bought this vehicle after reading mouthshut reviews and my test drive. For test drive show rommm guys gave me an 3-4 year old bike. I instantly liked it. it was very smooth. I had test driven hunk , gs150r, pulsar and apache. Apache and Pulsar were both out of my choice. Other three I seek opinion here also (you can find it in hunk section).

GS150R was my final choice and they were giving good bargain but because of weight and height I did not buy. Then again there were question marks on suzuki service. So I gave up that idea. What convinced me was the test drive with unicorn, the smoothness and sitting comfort. Although I liked hunk also for the same reason but everybody has negative feedback on mileage front. I expected 50+ mileage.

Now I think I misjudged it . The mileage in this bike I not more than 45kmpl and smoothness is only around 50-60kmph at 5th gear. After that its not smooth at all. There is sound and a lot of it. I get surprised right now when I read peple saying its smooth and soundless at 80-90 speed. I think its just overrated.

this is my first bike previously I used to drive scooters and non gear bikes like active. Truly speaking activa is much more smoother only thing is it is not a bike.

I do not like the idea of driving 150 cc bike at 40-50 kmph for gettng good mileage, even 100cc bikes are supposed to do that. That brings the question what so special about it 150 cc bikes. You get more power is't it? But Unicorn lacks that feature also. To catch up to speed it takes times after 60-70 its not very smooth.

May be after three services this thing will change. I will update my review then. Today morning I went to showroom guys to check the problem mileage. They tuned it , lets see how much it is improving. I will update it when I am finish with 8 litres of petrol. But my final verdict except for good look and ergonomics its overrated.
