Hi this is Avinash from Bangalore, I bought my black unicorn in April 2009 which has done 2000 kms. The bike performs very well in dry conditions but when I ride in rain the engine switches off every half kilometre & amazingly the bike. I got it checked with the silicon honda three times but still the problem persists.
I now feel I made a wrong decision by buying this bike. Otherwise the bike performs very well, gives me 55-60km/l with shell petrol. I am really surprised that Honda has developed such a product & their technical team is not able to rectify the problem at the authorised service centre. My first bike was TVS Victor GL which had done 65000 kms & never had such a problem.
My advice to all is please ask existing Unicorn riders before buying one as I dont know whether only my Unicron has problem or all of them have the same problem.
