I bought this Honda Unicorn in March 2005 though it is quite good in terms of driving comfort but immediately after 6 months of buying it started getting rusted showing the most poor quality material amongst all Two-wheeler manufacturer. When contacted Honda(HMSI) for this, they always postponed the issue saying that we'll come back to you soon, but they never did.

And now the situation is such that even chassis(including all nickel parts) of my Unicorn bike is badly rusted and would need a certain replacement. which HMSI has refused in any case, with out payment. I can say this in my case though I have seen rusted Unicorns invariably on road, specially Unicorn Old Model, which certainly shows the bad quality of material used.

On the top of all this the Gear shift is always a fight in city traffic with so much of free play in it as well.

So, here the point is that if one is looking to posses a bike for very short-period, one can think about it otherwise its' surely a NO-NO kind of a bike. STAY AWAY.
