I got my Unicorn on 30th Aug 2013. B4 first service, I was getting a mileage of 45kmpl in city and 55kmpl in highways. But I wonder if I cross 60km/h speeed will the mileage drop down to below 50 or will I get atleast 50kmpl.? Actually I rode in 60km/h for some 2 minutes and suddenly entered into a traffic place and this actually happened inside city riding conditions.
That time I got around 48 kmpl. Usually I like to go long drives like more than 300 kms in a day. So am worried if I cross 60 km/h will the mileage drop.? My friend has a pulsar and he rides in 80 and 120 km/h and tells that he gets around 52 kmpl. But still I wonder if there is anything wrong with my silent beast. Could anyone please suggest some tips to get good mileage in city and highway riding conditions.
