This is the complaint I have just dropped couple of minutes back at HMSI website.
" I am writing this complaint with lots of patience. Forgive me if I been rude to let you know that your "Service" at Pashankar Auto Pvt Ltd, Pune is the worst thing I have ever seen (witnessed) so far. Its services and processes don’t keep up to your brand quality and I strongly believe it's ruining it with much pace than expected. I own a Honda Unicorn motorcycle purchased on 6th May 2009 from Pashankar Auto Pvt Ltd, JM Road, Pune. I was delighted then but that didn't last so long.
Today I have given my bike for first service to Pashankar Auto Pvt Ltd. service center, Kothrud, Pune, with all the proper formalities. I was shocked to know that my bike was missing by the delivery time. How can the bike in the Honda authorized service center be missing? That's sounds ridiculous isn't it.....I am totally disappointed by this happening. The management didn't complaint to police today but orally told that they will take up the issue on 1st June 2009. These comments are written by the owner of that lost motorcycle and wanted the higher management (HMSI) to look into this issue and investigate how there authorized service centers security processes are managed. I am shocked to see there are no basic security measures like gate security-gate pass system, no motorcycle key securing system and in addition there is lots of confusion between the employees of that service center."
These comments are not the spam messages. This is the real story of an unlucky customer of Honda writing with lot's of pain and agony.
