I bought a Honda Unicorn nearly a year back from JSP a Chennai dealer of Honda.
Service – There is very less service center for Honda in Chennai and I have only one service center which is some what near by to my living location and that is JSP-Honda service center. They are good in delivery timings but they don’t do complete service of the bike when it is given for free service, they attend only to my complaints and they don’t do overall service. No perfect water washes too.
Every time after my free service I have to go back to them for correcting something which would be missed in their service. Timing is the major problem with them, that they accept vehicles for service only during 7 Am to 9 Am that to in the week day which would be most ours office going time. Even during this time they don’t have enough man power to attend all customers and due to that they take at least 1 hrs to attend to us.
The bike Honda Unicorn which I bought is a very good one but the way they serve customer are very bad and I got feed up with this kind of service from Honda dealers.
