I was using a pulsar after selling my two stroke bike Yamaha, However when I brought Pulsar I had an intention of taking the bike for long rides. But a pulsar is not very suitable in that sense. I used to travel between Mysore and Bangalore very often and later decided that the same was not very suitable for long rides. However I sold my pulsar after riding the Unicorn. The Unicorn is very easy to turn around in a road, easy to handle and very smooth suspension. The looks is not so well done however mostly matching with a pulsar.
The outstanding performance is when you make long journeys, the Unicorm is a pleasure to ride. I was also told that Unicorn weights is only 10 Kgs less than a Bullet but I am not very sure. A unicorn truly is bike for long drives and worth the money you spend.
In case of looks the company could done better, you have very limited colors and most difficult part is with their Service centers if you book it you need to wait for a minimum of 30 - 45 days to get one delivered to you.
Fuel efficiency is quite good and both the rider and pillion is comfortable. Ride the Bike at 50 -80 kms speed you get good mileage . I see the pick up is also fine but not very excellent however long drives and city driving the dynamics of the bike is very good. Easy to handle move around compared to my Pulsar. I suggest Honda to a Pulsar since looks alone is not the buying factor. If You love to go riding in your bike for long drives I see a Honda doing a good Job. Ensuring Both rider and pillion are comfortable in a Honda Unicorn.
