Don't buy anything from punjab honda drive in and prahladnagar they are biggest frauds of all time. had a terrible experience buying honda dream yuga bike a week ago from them. faced the worst time of my life. I purchased dream yuga bike on 5th march 2013 and on 6th march the very next day the bike gave me 4 major issues 1. engine excess heat up issue 2. gear shift problems 3. buzzer stopped working 4. the bike itself stopped after 19 kms inspite of having 1.5 litres petrol. it didn't even started back. I recorded back all the vids and proof's to show punjab honda the very next day.
the next day I went over there I requested them to get me the manager and have a face to face discussion they refused initially and behaved brutally bad with me being their new customer. there was a salesman called Mr. Prem who pretended to be the manager and product in charge of dream yuga bike product and convinced me first that to keep the bike over there for 1 day in their service center they will repair it and get it done but won't be replacing the product. I wasn't convinced at all coz all these issues arised under 24 hrs of purchase. I kept over there as I thought punjab honda will honestly resolve my issues,
then on 7th of march I went to collect my bike from punjab honda as I got a call from their technician vineet that sir your bike is ready so plz kindly come and collect from our center. I went over there took a test ride along with their technician vineet who was sitting behind me for a test ride. we took a small round and came to their center and all of sudden there were fumes coming out of the engine and the silencer beneath it turned out to be pale yellow and very hot. the technician vineet and the other guy over there everyone saw this issue and said this bike piece is defective plz kindly consult the manager immediatly.
I requested again to get me the manager so again this so called manager guy Mr. Prem from punjabi honda started arguing with me and bullying me talking in an insulting manner that he won't get me the manager on the line no matter whatever happens he won't replace the product.
I got mad on him like hell then there was a sales girl called megha who too pretended to be the assistant manager which in reality she isn't she's just an ordinary sales girl sitting over there and gossiping around rather than working and giving importance to customers. she behaved very badly with me and said she won't get me the manager.
I got irate and mad and scream on those people and caught Mr. Prem downstairs talking to the manager on the phone and playing all dirty tricks with me. I immediatly took his phone and got the manager Mrs.Anal Patel on the line from punjab honda.
the manager initally she too refused me to talk and said first she's out of station then I came to know she's at the other branch of punjab honda i.e. prahladnagar
I immediatly ran over there leaving the defective bike piece at drive in punjab honda and had a brief talk with Mrs. Anal Patel who was the branch manager.
she gave out a test bike to me for that nite in order to test the other piece which I was about to get replaced on 2nd day after explaining the manager what all faults and hassles I faced with the first piece on day 1 of purchase.
there after 2nd day she replaced me the bike and that bike basically they told me it's a brand new piece but I highly doubt coz that piece too had issues such as lock jam the key got stucked over there and the engine never got started out.
here's the proof of videos which I recorded and showed them and sent to punjab honda as well there after I finally got my refund back.
this lasted for one whole week and I faced high blood pressure issues. the 7th day when I got my money refunded via cheque they made me wait for an hour intentionally as the manager wasn't willing to give me my refund.
initally Mrs. Anal Patel was making excuses that her sir is out of station and she can't get me refund today so plz kindly wait for one or more day and once her sir comes back he will refund me. it was just a crap excuse they never wanted to refund me back but I got it finally somehow as I was right and had all the proof's against them.
so I called Mrs. Anal Patel the manager on 7th day that is my cheque ready or not she said ya it's ready come and collect. thereafter I rushed over there at prahladnagar branch and saw that the manager wasn't there so I called her up and she said sir i'm at the other branch drive in so u can come and collect it from here I never told that i'm going to give u cheque from prahladnagar branch of honda.
it was all lies she just wanted to make me wait nothing else. I told her send your guys over here at prahladnagar branch and get me my cheque.
there after I sat over there for whole one hour and those guys didn't even had the courtesy to offer water or apologize for the pathetic service they provided me. instead they were laughing and giggling.
so this is the story of dream yuga crap bike which punjab honda ahmedabad basically what they do is sell defective pieces which are kept in their warehouses for months and years as they aren't getting sold out so they just wash out with water all the bikes and are trying to trick the customer to fall in their trap so once bike has been sold out they won't replace it and will harass the customer.
would like to request all the customers do not buy dream yuga from punjab honda drive in and prahladnagar branch. it would be best if u don't buy it out dream yuga at all as it's a crap bike though it had some good reviews don't know how come may be punjab honda deals poorly and badly with customers giving them defective pieces and then playing out stories.
so highly I recommend not to buy from punjab honda. I wish I had an option of 0 zero ratings or negative.
plz be aware if u go over there don't fall in trap of Mr. Prem(Salesman a.k.a. who pretends to be manager)
Megha(saleswomen a.k.a. who pretends to be assistant manager)
Mukesh( salesman crap guy who once made his sale refused to even bother or talk to me about the issue)
Mrs. Anal Patel(Worst Manager ever I saw in my whole life anywhere)
just coz of these crap people my health got affect and I suffered high blood pressure issues: 160/90 levels
so don't ever buy from punjab honda.
