I am driving the bike from last 14 Months. Had taken the decision to buy this bike was for few reasons 1) Name - Honda! 2) Engine - HET! 3) Features & Comfort
This might looks mainly the comparison between dreamyuga and passion plus that I drive for 8 years with out any issues for 60, 000 Km.
Did not wanted to buy passion pro so thought of buying new honda 110 CC for short duration daily commuting on an average 30-40 km.I will explain one by one for each reason
1) Name - after the use for more than 14 Months did not notice something different than the other brands.
2) Engine - Poor in the segment of 110 CC.
I have driven Hero Honda Passion Plus 100 CC bike for more than 50, 000 Km and never had an issue with the engine and performance. Can drive at speed below 25 in third gear without knocking. This engine trouble when in 2nd gear with the speed of 20.
This is mainly troublesome when driving in a heavy traffic and speed breaker. Shifting of gear also challenging some time.
Starting Problem - Took the auto start. It always troubles. I always start first applying kick with choke on. still gives trouble after driving for 20-30 Km.
With my old Passion, didn't have starting problem even in the month of Dec-Jan.
- Feature and comfort- a) First it do not have space to took the cloth for cleaning the bike, The first thing I do is to clean the bike in the morning before taking the first ride and no space to keep the cloth handy.
b) Pass button- may not work some time- leaving you in trouble while over taking.
c) Handling - Poor handling, especially on turning
d) Vibrates while above 60 Kmph
e) Poor re-sale - Honda has started offering discount about 4000, that has given a blow to the already low-resale value of the bike.
f) Mileage - being a 110 cc bike at least should give 60 kmpl, ( I observed 50-55)
Summary: In short, there are other better options available in the market. Simply do not go by the brand and marketing. if you are looking for 110 cc segment go for rather 125.
Do not waste your money on this bike. You may also consider buying scooter like activa, access, jupiter etc if you have old age people or ladies who can also drive.
