Solitaire Honda is a Cheat.
I just purchased a Honda City Ivtec on 10th March from Solitaire Honda. During our bargaining, we were offered some accessories and Rs. 10, 000 cash back. In exchange of the Cash back, we took additional accessories instead of the cash. I was been told by the sales manager: Bipin Singh that all accessories taken from Solitair for fitting are original Honda accessories as they are not authorised to give any market product other than that of Honda.
I visited Solitaire Showroom on 5th April after noticing a few problems with the Brakes and also noticed that my Bumper Corner Guards were coming Off. I was been taken to the Workshop of Solitaire located closeby where they asked me to leave the car for a day to check the brakes. They also recommended me to give the car for servicing which was nearly due. I was been said that my bumper protectors will also be taken care off. But when I took the delivery today, despite of the accessories team member glueing the protectors, they came loose again. I was again asked to go to the showroom to show them this as according to the workshop team it was an accessory fitted from the showroom and they said that they will take care of it.
When I went to the showroom, and after speaking to one of the team member, I was surprised to know that the accessory used was a Cheap Market product of inferior quality. Even the colour was coming out as well and the glue could not hold on to the bumpers. If it keeps coming out like this, how can it withstand any rubbing or any weather condition?
I have been Cheated. If I knew that Honda agents offers cheap and inferior fake market products, I could have also bought them myself instead of trusting Honda to cheat me and also after paying a royal price of that. Can someone justify.
Moreover, when I removed the plastic from my Seats, I could see black colour marks on almost every seat possible. Strange, is the plastic cover just put to hide the cheap quality upholstery you'll offer?
I now doubt that even the reverse sensor that has been put by you'll is of the Cheapest and totally unreliable product as well.
You'll have betrayed my trust in Honda Brand.
I have spent huge money to buy this car and cannot settle with any betray of trust so easily.
