Too delicate - good only for midtown . Review on Honda City 1.5 Exi

I was happy with my city vtec purchased in April till the time I did not take if for long distance. I made a Pune - Nagpur trip in December with family (wife and 2 kids) with some luggage in the boot. Since then it is giving metal noise from body/flooring/ wheel housing. Looks like the car is so delicately designed that it can not sustain this kind of (reasonable) load and deflection due to the long run. I am no longer happy with this car.

Regretteably car has spent more than 4 weeks in service center in 3 different visits but no one from dealer could stp this noise ( dealer has been deligent and prompt) but company service officials appear to be too busy to look at this even once! Looks like Honda has no responsibility towards customers once product is sold.
