I had bought a Honda CBR250R with Mansarovar in Chennai. When the bike was sent to Mansarovar for service a couple of weeks back, the service guys with no knowledge of the motorcycle tried to snap open the side shields & broke both the side shields. The silencer cover was also having a bad dent indicating that the bike was not handled well during the service.
This was pointed out during taking delivery of the bike after the service. The service guy also wrote on the back of the bill that the side shields were broken by them & asked my son to come after a week for the replacement. When my son went to Mansarovar today, the service person behaved very rudely to my son & threatened to ASSAULT my son stating that the damage was not done by Mansarovar.
It is very surprising that a company like HONDA employs poorly trained people to face the customer and as I see from the many posts that I am not the only one who has faced similar issues. I presently own 3 Honda products & these will be my last bet with HONDA as I find that Honda is not making a honest effort to listen to the customer & issues like these are plenty & seem to keep increasing.
