I bought Unicorn 160 CBS model on Feb 24, 2015. So this review of mine is coming almost after 25 months of use.
I live in Kharadi, Pune and my workplace is Balewadi. The distance between the two stops is almost 24 Kms. So I need to cross Pune city from on end to other every weekday. I am also done a lot or treks around Pune on this bike.
Why I am Happy with my bike:
1. Not a single puncture in 2 years. Thanks to the tubeless tires. I have not opted for any kind of puncture killer, also done a lot or treks in remote locations
2. Mileage of atleast 55 Km/l in Pune city traffic. On highway almost 60 km/s. I have traveled to my village almost 200 kms from Pune sometimes. Never had any issue.
3. Very good control on bike. while using CBS the breaking displacement almost is halved. I drive with good speed round 55-60 km/h in city and 75-80 kmph on highways.
4. Lightweight vehicle - only 135 kgs(15 kg less than Unicorn 150) helps in having good control while driving.
5. Less height than of Unicorn 150 by 3-4 cms. This helps a lot for people less than 5.5' height people.
6. Very good in traffic. 6.1 Since the bike is lightweight, I did't face any difficulty in waiting for some time longer. 6.2 Very small turns. Yes you can escape traffic from between two cars easily. - bhai galiyon se aaramse nikalti hai:-) Also the bike is slim(compared to other bikes of the segment), it also helps a lot.
7. Good Suspension. Never faced back pain issue even after travelling more than 200 kms non-stop in 4-5 hours.
8 . Economical - servicing required after 5 months or 5000 kms
9. Honda Road side assistance. If anything happens(can consider running out of fuel) to your bike within 30 kms radius of any Honda service center, then free repair on spot/drop to service center/refuel.
What could have been better.
1. Looks - ordinary looks for this bike. Hornet looks much better.
2. Comfortable seat for co-rider. Knees joints pain after some time.
Special care I take for bike
1. shell petrol OR HP super OR BP - speed petrol only
2. regular servicing
3. no rash driving
4. less use of clutch

Fuel Consumption - 55 Km/L
Comfort - Good
Reliability - Of course, Yes - very much
Handling and Control - Very Good
Looks - Could have been better.
