Guys please help I went to buy the old unicorn 150cc bike and they say its available for 1lakh and 5 thousand rupees with dealers and the new 160cc is for somewhere in 80k, all auto channel show unicorn as better than old 150cc bike but in actual world I saw old unicorn 150cc outperforming the new unicorn 160cc why? why are all these review so fake, and also people complaining about new 160cc engine getting heated very early which wasnt the case with the old unicorn, dont know which stupid honda corporate employee took this decision of discontinuing 150cc
dont want to go for suzuki gixxer or FZ as my mom sits one side as pillion and these bikes are not at all comfortable for one side pillion seats
so I am thinking about going for hero hunk or cbz extreme sport as it has the same unicorn 150cc engine or wait for few month and see how unicorn 160cc performs or if they release a second lot of unicorn 160cc which was better than the first lol,
continued after booking my bike after lot of research,
my options that I had picked were,
hero xtreme and xtreme sports and hunk not the same quality as hero honda had, gixxer awesome bike but I rarely ride alone and the pillion seat is the only drawback if gixxer had more pillion space I would have booked it so Finally even after checking the bad reviews of unicorn 160
I have booked the unicorn 160 finally as my mom sits oneside as a pillion and gixxer in no way can accomadate my mom as one side pillion rider, if gixxer had a good pillion seat it would have broken the record of unicorn 150 also, I test drove the unicorn 160 revved it hard, very powerfull engine and the test bike didnt had any heating issues, I have ordered my bike unicorn 160 grey colour in installment will get the bike after 10 days lets see how the bike performs in terms of mileage, speed, comfort will post the same once I get my hands on the bike and ride few kms
Honda person said even unicorn 150, dazzler and triggers engines heats in the first few thousand kms as its a new engine so I will let you all know how it is after few weeks,
