I Bought unicorn 160 standard bike in mansarovar honda velachery branch on 04- July-2015 and they delayed to delivery my new bike on that day and waited for more than 3 hours.
After that I started using my bike and faced minor handle bar issues then I gave my bike for my first service(Free) and reported the complaint but simply they done water wash and wipe my bike with oil and delivered my bike without fixing the issue.Finally I gone to honda customer care and escaleted my problem for several times and they routed me to same useless service center(Mansarovar Honda) again and again.Still I am facing the problem like wheel wobbling, handle bar shaking and engine vibartion.
Nobody came from honda service and never checked my problem and tested it.simply routed to service center without caring the customer issue.moreover service center alsonot looking into the issue properly without proper check and kept tyre pressure up/down basis and checking without doing full analysis.so I would not recommend the worst service based hond and agency(Mansarovar honda) to anyone.
