HI
Had visited mouthshut and read all the comments before buying this bike. I am a working individual in mid-30 and I required a complete package. The points that I considered were fuel efficiency, handling, power, style/looks and reliability. And I must say this bike has it all.
This is none to be compared with FZ16 or FZS which is actually the case. They are the best machines you could have today in this class. I consider CB Trigger as a commuter bike for a working class individual of 30+ age group who would like to cut loose once in a while to take a break from routine humdrum life. CB Trigger is a complete package when it comes to power, fuel efficiency, comfort, handling and reliability. It is looks much more mature and stable compared to earlier CB Dazzler which was a bit lankier. What I hated was the poor plastic quality used for switches and poor chunk of metal used for gear shifter. I also missed engine kill switch. But these nuances could be easily overlooked when you consider the whole package it has to offer. I have found it very nimble on the curves and and gives good performance at low speed in any gear. And it claims the best fuel efficiency for its class.
For youngsters with adrenaline raring to surge, surely there is no alternative to FZ16/FZS. But Honda has created a class of its own with CB Unicorn and and now CB Trigger. I have got a good feeling that CB Trigger will help Honda to overcome the dissappointment from CB Dazzler.
I am in love with this bike so far. Havent yet found any problem with vibration as I have not crossed 40 kph barrier yet. Want to extract best possible fuel efficiency for mine! This is my first review. Would write more after completing first two servicing.
